Senior Case Manager

Hooker & Heijden are currently assisting a well known and respected International financial services institution. This organisation is known not only for its innovation, expertise and experience, but its passion developing its staff to their highest potential. We are now seeking talented workers compensation professionals to join this company within a new specialty position.

As the successful candidate you will:

Have at least 2 years experience within a senior claims position (MDM /LTM)
Hold a positive outlook and highly developed interpersonal skills
Be comfortable in a mentoring position and able to articulate complex ideas
Be a confident decision maker
Have highly developed technical knowledge that will cover the entire claims process from lodgement to settlement.
Show proven experience with ongoing RTW management complete to conciliation (some experience in this will be advantageous however not essential).

We are always looking to speak with candidates who have a solid claims background in either Victorian / NSW or Comcare legislations for technical and senior claims based roles.

In addition to claims based positions we are looking to speak with dispute resolution officers, injury management advisors and team leaders to discuss the current positions available in these areas.
