As the successful candidate you will have:

5 + years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success in commercial insurance. Packages experience essential and exposure or expertise in ISR an advantage.
Networking and relationship building skills
Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities for referral to new business team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to interact with and manage the requirements of High Value individuals
Ability to work in a team environment
Tier 1 essential
Competent in IT and office procedures

Duties in this role will include:

Managing and maintaining an existing portfolio of SME/commercial risks
Refer new business opportunities and participate in marketing campaigns for new and existing clients
Drive revenue growth in the commercial portfolio through achieving individual and team financial objectives and targets including retention and growth targets
Planning and developing client retention strategies
Prepare and Assess insurance surveys
Manage compliance and administration tasks
