As the successful candidate you will have:
- 5 + years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success in commercial insurance. Packages experience essential and exposure or expertise in ISR an advantage.
- Networking and relationship building skills
- Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities for referral to new business team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to interact with and manage the requirements of High Value individuals
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Tier 1 essential
- Competent in IT and office procedures
Duties in this role will include:
- Managing and maintaining an existing portfolio of SME/commercial risks
- Refer new business opportunities and participate in marketing campaigns for new and existing clients
- Drive revenue growth in the commercial portfolio through achieving individual and team financial objectives and targets including retention and growth targets
- Planning and developing client retention strategies
- Prepare and Assess insurance surveys
- Manage compliance and administration tasks
