Claims Manager
This Organisation is a leader in their field. With a strong culture built around service, expertise and genuine job satisfaction this is an employer of choice. Right now my client is seeking an experienced claims manager with strong technical expertise in all commercial lines to join the team.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish Policy & Procedure
  • Develop and implement Claims offering
  • Manage day to day activities and workflow of a small team of commercial claims handlers.
  • Ownership of your own commercial property claims portfolio.
  • Making and implementing recommendations to reduce future risk exposures.

 

Experience:
  • Ideally you will possess 10+ years in commercial claims
  • Be able to demonstrate your ability to negotiate, communicate and maintain relationships
  • You will have superb time management skills and be able to multi task
  • You will possess experience managing a high performing team, including identifying knowledge and skill gaps in team members and putting action plans in place to up skill appropriately.

Casualty Claims Manager

Responsibilities:

·         Establish, monitor and control claims management systems, standards and techniques to ensure an effective, economic and prompt Casualty claims management service across Asia Pacific 

·         Substantial work on claims for multinational accounts

·         Hands on claims management

·         Maintain a close working relationship with the Casualty Underwriters at a local and regional level, and Claims staff in Asia Pacific offices

·         Making and implementing recommendations to reduce future risk exposures.

Experience:

·         You will possess 10+ years in casualty claims

·         Ideally legal qualified

·         Be able to demonstrate your ability to negotiate, communicate and maintain relationships

·         You will have superb time management skills and be able to multi task

·         As the successful candidate you will become a key member of the leadership team and be influential in the direction of the company and the successful achievement of goals and vision.
